The Z41T is a cast iron gate valve with an outside screw and yoke (SO&S) arrangement. The rising stem gives a visible indication of valve position, while the handwheel raises or lowers the gate to isolate the pipeline.
The models below cover the Z41T and AZ41TW series. Their flanged construction suits water supply and general utility installations where a manually operated isolation valve is required.

O sistema operacional&Y construction keeps the stem thread outside the flow passage. As the handwheel turns, the stem rises or descends with the gate, making the open or closed position easy to see during inspection.

Rising-Stem Construction
The external yoke supports the stem above the bonnet, leaving the stem movement visible. This arrangement is useful where operators need a clear indication of the valve’s position.
The cast iron body and flanged ends provide a conventional construction for water and utility pipework. The gate opens clear of the passage for normal full-open service.
