We’re Farpro Yuanda Valve. We’ve been making valves for 30 năm, and we do business all over the world. We always keep up with where the industry is going. TRONG 2025, the global valve market is expected to top $98 billion. Right now, energy is shifting to cleaner options, and equipment is getting smarter—so the whole industry is changing. Thanks to better tech and smart plans, we’ve made big steps in new areas like hydrogen energy and semiconductors. We’re really being a “leader in green and smart change.”
Watching New Markets: Fast Progress in Hydrogen and Semiconductors
This year, hydrogen energy and semiconductors have become the fastest-growing areas for valves. Here’s the data: By 2025, the global market for hydrogen-related valves will go over $5 billion. Valves for hydrogen storage in cars will grow 62.8% every year. The semiconductor industry also needs lots of valves—its global market will hit around $2.2 billion, and demand for high-end valves is going up fast. To take these chances, we’ve launched two main product lines:
Hydrogen-Specific Valves: We developed our own liquid hydrogen refueling valves (they can handle super low temperatures of -253℃) and high-pressure hydrogen valves (they stand 700kg of pressure). Both passed strict tests. We used special metal to make sure they don’t leak at all, and they’re 30% cheaper than imported ones. Right now, we’ve agreed to supply valves to three hydrogen truck companies from Brazil and South Korea—this is our first batch of orders with them.
Clean Valves for Semiconductors: Our new bellows valves and diaphragm valves are very clean. Their surfaces are smooth enough to meet the strict rules of chip factories. They leak almost no liquid, so they’re totally good for the clean environment needed to make chips. We’re also trying to get a deal to supply valves for a 3nm chip production line.
Making Valves Smarter: They Can Warn About Problems Early & Get Fixed Remotely
Now, the whole industry is moving from “single smart valves” ĐẾN “managing valves from start to finish.” We combined AI and virtual simulation tech to build a smart valve service system:
Our smart valves use algorithms to predict and adjust things early. They control fluid 30% more accurately, use 25% less energy, and can warn about problems over 95% of the time before they happen.
We built an industrial internet cloud platform. It lets us check how valves are working in real time, and we can even fix them from far away. For one oil refinery project in the Middle East, this system cut the time the refinery had to stop working by half.
Gần đây, we also made a new way to polish valve seals. This tech makes the seals last from 10,000 uses to 30,000 uses—so our smart valves are even more competitive now.
Sticking to Green Production: Meeting Global Low-Carbon Rules
Around the world, rules for cutting carbon emissions are getting stricter. There’s also the ISO 15848 low-leak standard. We’ve made ourselves more competitive by focusing on green manufacturing:
All our products use metal bellows sealing tech. This cuts harmful gas emissions by 70%, which meets the EU’s TA-Luft environmental standard.
We switched to water-based paints and cyanide-free electroplating in our factories. This reduces wastewater by 60%. We also got two certifications: ISO 14001 (for environmental management) và ISO 50001 (for energy management).
In recent big bids with international energy companies, over 40% of the winning eco-friendly valve orders went to us. That shows the market really likes our green products.
Expanding Globally: Keeping Our Edge in the Asia-Pacific Market
By 2025, the Asia-Pacific valve market will make up 48% of the global market. Thanks to our 700,000-square-meter smart factory (it can make 80,000 tons of valves a year), we’re making our global service network better:
Our products are now sold in over 30 countries, like Germany, Pháp, and Brazil. Our export sales are up 22% from last year.
For emerging markets like Southeast Asia and South America—where they’re building lots of infrastructure—we made special water supply/drainage valves that don’t rust easily. Our market share in these areas has already gone over 15%.

Nhìn về phía trước, Công ty van Farpro Yuanda will keep focusing on better smart materials and greener production methods. We’ll speed up tech research in new areas like energy storage and carbon capture. With our “custom-made products + full-service support” model, we’ll work with clients around the world to push the industry’s change forward.
