Extraction Check Valve

Extraction check valves play an important role in preventing backflow and protecting valuable equipment from damage in steam and water lines. These valves are specifically designed for use in extraction lines from steam turbines to feedwater heaters, heating systems, or process equipment. The extraction check valve is engineered for exceptional reliability and can be configured to remain open until closed by a cylinder actuator on signal.

We understand the critical importance of these valves in industrial applications, and we manufacture extraction check valves that meet the highest industry standards. Our extraction check valves are designed to prevent reverse flow, ensuring that steam and water do not flow back into the turbine and cause damage.

Our extraction check valves are manufactured with soft packing, hardened leak-off bushings, and various materials for critical applications. They are used in a variety of industries, including industrial power plants, chemical and petrochemical plants, and other systems where preventing backflow is critical.

Extraction check valve working principle

The extraction check valve works by allowing the medium to pass through the valve when the air source enters the upper cylinder and pushes the piston to turn the shaft and open the valve flap. When the gas enters the lower cylinder, it pushes the piston to make the shaft rotate and close the valve flap, preventing the medium from passing through the valve.

In addition to our high-quality extraction check valves, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and timely delivery. We understand the importance of these check valves in industrial applications, and we work hard to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and according to the agreed-upon schedule.
